Hassle-free shopping at TILSBERK: If you're not satisfied with your ordered goods, you can easily return them and get your money back.

Therefore, we offer you a 30-day return period for our products (see terms and conditions). Take your time to try out our systems and convince yourself - it's your turn. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we will take it back within 30 days and refund your purchase price.

Refund Policy

Returned products (except only for enclosed helmet adapters and mounting materials in the head-up display set) must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all items and components included.

Once your return is received and inspected by TILSBERK (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.

Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact our customer service if you are unsure of application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to support you! See below for instructions on where/how to get your return order back to us. Items should not be shipped back to the manufacturer; all returns need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will need to be returned to a warehouse of TILSBERK North America.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the following shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse:

  • When returning an order containing at least one TILSBERK Head-Up Display Set:

  • For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States, as well as from the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, TILSBERK provides the option of printing out a pre-paid USPS shipping label for a small service fee of only $3.99. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • When returning only accessories (Mounting Kits, Display Kit, Case):

  • For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States, as well as from the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, TILSBERK provides the option of printing out a pre-paid USPS shipping label for a service fee of $7.99. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    You have either the option of using our pre-paid USPS shipping label (see above) or to choose any carrier of your choice to return your order to us. Attention: If you decide for a carrier of your choice, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse. We additionally recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

    All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee.

    Order Cancellation and Modifications

    If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

    Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed", it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

    Damaged Items

    Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (USPS).

    Warranty Returns

    You can find our warranty policy here: https://us.tilsberk.com/policies/terms-of-service. Please contact us for further assistance. Please note: The warranty does not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

    Returns Process

    You can request a return authorization number online using the form of our returns portal below.

    Step 1: Go to the “Find your order” form of our returns portal below. Please type in your email address and order number. Start search with click on the "Search" button.

    Step 2: Select the item(s) you would like to return from your order and be sure to choose the reason for returning each item.

    Step 3: Select your return shipping method and follow instructions.

    Step 4: Please print your return authorization form and include it with each shipment back to TILSBERK. You have 30 days from the day your return authorization is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience. Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Except only for enclosed helmet adapters and mounting materials in the head-up display set. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use our product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department.     Please retain your return tracking information. TILSBERK is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from TILSBERK when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited.
